Zumba Questions! :)

Hey everyone! I was down to 85 pounds lost, but this year in college was super stressful, and I ended up gaining 10-15 pounds back.
I was also getting bored with the other exercises, like ellipticals and floor exercises. I was doing Insanity, but I cannot afford to eat all the food is wants you to eat. I guess following the meal plan is important, and I wasn't losing anything. I didn't want to work that hard and show nothing for it if my body goes into "starvation mode", you know? When things financially get better, I will go back to that,
My mom gave me her Zumba Exhilarate DVD set, because she never used it. I love doing it, even though some of the songs got old, but now I want to start doing it regularly, every day. I get more motivated because it's fun and doesn't feel too much like a workout. But I have a couple questions.
1) What other zumba dvd sets do you recommend?
2) What were your results like?
3) How was your diet like while doing Zumba? Obviously you shouldn't eat junk and stuff, but was there a certain meal pattern you followed?
Also, feel free to PM me, or even post on here, your before and afters.
Muchas Gracias! I'd really love to hear what you think please!

Nobody? Really? Not even one person?0

I always took a class or used YouTube so I wouldn't get bored of the dances0

I've done more Zumba in the past and now do it once a week (my profile pic is not due to Zumba). Never done the videos, so I can't answer your questions, but I would recommend signing up for a class if you have one near you. There is variety and even if you are the most uncoordinated person in the world, it's still fun and no one cares.
Good luck!0 -
My university offers classes, and when I did go I loved it. Next school year I'll definitely be trying to go as much as possible.
What were your results like?0
