What is an easy chickpea recipe that is good for lunch? Please put dishes that can be heated up in microwave. I feel deprived when I eat cold lunches, for some reason...
Thanks!
Thanks!

I always do my chickpeas with chili, garlic and the juice of a whole squeezed lemon, sautee them on a high heat for a few minutes until they're just a little browned and the lemon juice and cooked off a bit. They heat up in the microwave really, really nicely and taste so freaking good! They're really nice with a pita bread, some salad and tzatziki.0

I know you said hot but this is really yummy and moreish. I don't see why you couldn't heat it up then add the coriander after heating.
