Calories from warm-ups

I do my workouts at a Crossfit gym, and I have never counted the calories I burn during my warm-ups into the overall calorie expenditure. Our warm-ups are dynamic to say the least we perform jumping jacks, high knees, fast feet, push-ups and squats (sometimes they throw in other torture maneuvers) before the actual 20-35 minute workout begins. Can I, or should I count the calories that I am using during warm-ups, or should my calorie count only start at the begining of the actual workout?
I would appreciate any information that you can share.
