Hi peoplz, wondering if you can help need information about exercise.
Is walking laps in the pool considered same enegry/calories usuage as general, liesurely swimming???????

It would be close to it I think.. You would use more muscle power walking than swimming.. For the counting of exercise cals, go with that, or otherwise Google it... It is not in the other workout calculator I use if MFP doesn't have what I want.
