Looking for some support

Hi all.
Joined MFP last month and started off well but have had a difficult few weeks due to relationship stuff so diet, exercise etc went out the window. I need to find something positive to take my mind off things and focus on getting myself healthy. However, its easier said that done!
So I am looking for some MFP buds to help each other through the tough days and celebrate the good ones! Anyone with a wicked sense of humour is most welcome at the moment!

Hi! Life can do that to us sometimes! I do much better when my husband is off working but he's been home with an injury and now instead of running around after 3 it's like and extra 3 for him, haha! Climbing back on the wagon myself with actual workouts with 30 day shred! I need support too I'm likely to grab a burger and ice cream cone at the sound of a quarrel! I'm here!0
