I'm new, I've got motivation, but could use some friends!

Hi All

I started MFP on wednesday this week, after a routine visit to the nurse resulted in getting told off for my creeping weight and its now starting effect my BP. I'm jogging 3-4 times a week, and am on the 1200 cals a day plan, I would ideally like to lose 10-18lb, I'm going to be a bride in 5 months, and of course want to look and feel my best!

Looking forward to picking up tips and sharing my journey with others!

    I joined Weight Watchers yesterday after realizing I had gained back
    15 of the 35 pounds I had lost two years ago on Weight Watchers.
    I need to be weighed in every week to motivate myself. They
    also have a new device called Active Link which I purchased
    and wear all day attached to my bra which tracks my activity -
    another motivational device. And a friend to boot - you - on
    My Fitness Pal. What could be better. Glad to meet you.

    Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. I too have an issue with high BP and I have been working on that. Sometimes that can result not just our weight, but the amount of sodium we intake daily.That is why I love this sight as that as you track your food you can see how much sodium you intake along with others.Congratulations!
