Zesty chicken orzo

Options
1 package of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup light mayo
I packet onion soup mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
8 oz of orzo pasta
1 1/2 cups water

Mix mayo and soup mix and coat chicken with the mixture. Place chicken in preheated large sauté pan. Add remaining may mixture to pan & cook a few minutes on each side until chicken begins to brown.

Stir in water, tomatoes (undrained), and orzo. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until most of liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender. Make sure chicken is cooked through.
