Anyone watch this show? I like that they take a typical meal and revamp it to make it healthier.
My favorite dish was then they redid fried chicken. It wasn't fried but looked fried. Lots of great ideas on that show.

    Very cool, thanks for the link!! Is this on regular ABC or the upper cable channels? Finding lots of fun and healthy recipes to try out. Love the idea of lunch in a jar for work... creative and handy to make ahead of time for the week!!:drinker:

    it's on an upper channel where I live and only on sundays here. I guess you can google or go to your cable provider to see the listings.
