Started off at 240 lbs in August 2012... I am currently at 160... With a good diet the help of the 30ds and zumba ill be able to make it to make goal weight of 140.

    I probably should weight around 125 or so but I would be happy at 140 for now.

    Thank u...sometimes I feel like eating junk food but I just look at my before and after pictures and that stops me lol

    Great job! I know someone who lost a lot of weight and she keeps her before picture in her purse- wallet that ways she is reminded daily
