Hello everyone! I am doing a survey for my project in an MBA marketing research class I'm in. The project is on a restaurant business I want to start "hypothetically" that serves healthy food that is comfort style. If you could take a few minutes to go to my survey that would be awesome! It's is really simple and will only take a few minutes! Thanks so much! http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PYHRLRT

It's funny, the one thing you didn't ask about was flavor. If it doesn't taste good, I don't care how much it costs or how healthful it is, I don't want to eat it. On the flipside, if it has quality ingredients (organic, no GMO, free range etc.) and tastes good, I'd be willing to pay extra for it.

I can't believe I didn't ask that... Yeah, I had 10 questions so I was limited on what I could ask.

Done. I'm a Certified chef and owned a restaurant for over 20 yrs, semi retired now.....I cater high end food now, when it suits me  . If your going for comfort food, remember that it's geographically significant, not necessarily what I or you think it is. Also I would recommend everything from scratch.....that has always served me well.

I said I'm living in a house with ~50 children ages 17-18 because I am an RA. I hope this doesn't mess up your survey lol.
