Help! Wide Hips

Hey there,
I have wide hips, not very attractive( I don't think) with the rest of me. I have weight (30lbs+ ) to loose all over but my hips even at my thinnest always stuck out weird like someone put a foot ball on a stick woman where he hips should be...
What exercises will help??

Try the Butt Bible! I am currently doing it and a few of my friends with the exact same hip/thighs as you had great success with it. Here are links to the workouts for free......

Literally how my hips look. so imagine jeans over that, I could wear size 9 but my hips are so wide and waist is small...0 -
Google exercises for saddle bags...that'll probably get you a ton of results on your specific problem0

Try strength training routines, esp. ones that involve compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges. I too carry my weight in my hips, and though I don't really have any weight t lose, I feel like my hips stay bigger no matter how thin I become. I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women right now, and recommend it, but there are lots of awesome programs, including Starting Strength and Stronglifts. Check out the groups here on MFP as well!0
