Weight Loss Report looks like the Stock Tickler

Hello MFP Friends, I have been fairly successful in my weight loss since February, but this last 30 to 45 days I lose 3 I gain 2. I lose 1 I gain 1, lose 4 a gain 2. I am not doing anything different from day to day. I am not over eating in my calories, sugars or carbs. but there is no consistency in weight loss.
Does anyone else experience this? Do you know why it happens?

    It is hard to say when we can't see your food diary. If you open it up it would provide a lot of info :)

    Mine fluctuates too. I have recently changed from weighing in weekly to every 2 weeks. My average still equals a 1.3 pound weight loss per week. I hate seeing those weeks that I "gain" so I stopped doing it weekly. And I only measure once every 4 weeks.

    Mine, too. I weigh every day. Be patient and wait it out. Keep up your good work and it will break. I feel like I'm up from last month, but looking at the whole month, I'm actually down 5 lbs.
