i'm obsessed..

i was just recently introduced to sushi for the first time.. actually a few weeks ago on my birthday.. and i'm pretty obsessed with it now! haha.. i tried a california roll and have honestly had it like a dozen times since my birthday (june 27th).. and it helps so much that it's not bad for you at all! has anyone ever done this with something they were introduced to?

  • try and see if you can get your sushi with brown rice...brown rice is better for you, and it gives it a little bit of a different bite...sushi is awesome though...

    I had a california roll for dinner last night, mmm. I have only found one place around here that has the brown rice and it was $6 so I didn't try it. I consider it a treat (I am not eating anything white besides this) so once and a while for me is ok.

    I tend to eat that way when I like something I eat a lot of it, now I am trying to make better choices, but even with healthy stuff I get hooked. I was hooked on Chee Cha Puffs, they are low cal but I am watching carbs for a bit so they are out for now.

    I too am obsessed with sushi. I had it when I was pregnant (only the cooked stuff) and crave it on a daily basis! I even try most of the raw stuff now too! Another obsession of mine is guacamole! I also had this the first time while pregnant and my cravings for this have stuck around too!

    hehe.. i'm glad i'm not the only one.. i'm just waiting for my FH to get home from work and we're going to get some again.. hehe.. he's to blame, he made me try it! :o)
