I want to know what you guys think of what I eat. If you think it's unhealthy or healthy, or if I should add more or less food. Cut some foods maybe? Thanks your feedback's appreciated.

I just looked at one day. It looks good to me. I wouldn't be able to get to the afternoon if I didn't get some protien, but you must be doing good. I am sure you don't go under everyday and you look like you are choosing healthy fruits and vegetables. If you mix it up as much as you can you are doing well. I am sure you will get tons of opinions.0

Calories are way to low. Today you netted about 600 calories. You are supposed to NET the 1200 MINIMUM. Eat more.0

Several days you only had strawberries and a banana for dinner. That's a snack not a meal.0

Diary looks good to me, might want to try and drink some water though.0

^^agree
More protein and fat also.0 -
You're not getting nearly enough fat. Being that low on fats isn't healthy.0

1. More water! Strive for your 8 glasses daily
2. More variety (where are your berries, leafy greens, other sources of protien besides chicken?)
3. I noticed you ate a lot of pasta and often went over your carb limit, try replacing some of those simple carbs with veggies, fruits, protiens, leafy greens
If you would like I can share example meal plans with you1 -
It seems like all you are eating is fruit and a cup of milk here or there.
That is a snack, not a meal.
Add vegetables to every meal! Half of your plate should be vegetables. I also think you should increase protein and water. Many days you were under calories.1 -
1) you're not eating enough
2) switch to whole grain pasta (multi grain doesn't mean whole grain)
3) be more accurate in your log. '1 medium potato' can be anything from 150 to 200 calories.
4) not eating anywhere enough protein
5) fruit, yogurt and milk are not an appropriate dinner.
I absolutely can't see how you will sustain this diet forever. Keep in mind the goal is not to lose as much as you can as fast as you can, but to teach yourself healthy eating habits that you'll follow forever so you don't gain the weight back.1
