I am doing EA Active Sports anyone doing this workout add me as a friend so we can support each other. I just completed week one on hard and I love it great workout and not boring.

I did medium, now I am doing hard with a heavier resistance tube.
I have not been quite as consistent the second time around, but I have decided to do all 30 workouts before I move onto More Workouts.0 -
I'm just about to finish the Cardio Kick Start on Easy. I have 1 workout left. Then I'm going to do the longer program on easy followed by the kick start on med and so on.
I am using 5lb weights right now. I plan to go through all 3 difficulties with the 5lbs and then start over with 8lbs. Eventually I hope to be able to do it with 25lb weights.
*edit: Should add that I have EA Sports Active 2.0. I also use exercises from Your Shape 2.0: FE 2012 and use Just Dance 2 for 20-40 min solid cardio sessions.0 -

Wow shadow2soul that sounds like a great plan you are doing starting with 5lbs first and than later on progressing to the heavier weights. I am also using 5lb weights right now with my workout on EA ACTIVE SPORTS. When I first started I was using the band and progressed to using weights this time around. I want to see if this time the weights would give me more definition as far as getting toned. Right now it looks like my upper body is losing faster than my lower body, and that is where I want the weight loss to show more in my legs. Any tips please let me know and please feel free both of you to add me as a friend so we can support each other. I am just getting started back with MFP and I do not have any friends and I could use the support as well.0
