I have been a big guy for a long time now. I started this journey when I tipped the scales at 304 pounds. I am 6' tall and everyone would say, "You don't look fat, you're tall. You distribute your weight good on that big frame" But deep down I knew I was a grossly out of shape dad who couldn't keep up with his kids. So in an effort to look good next to my beautiful wife and awesome kids I am determined to lose some weight and get back in shape. So far I've lost 19 pounds and it was an awesome feeling to get below 290. Now I'm closer to 280 than 290. My clothes are starting to fit better and over all I FEEL much better. I CAN DO THIS!!!

YES YOU CAN!! I also heard the same thing. I'm 5'll, and topped out at 323. Because I was so tall, and I have an hourglass shape...I was big, but I didn't look 323 big! I have a son, who is just my everything! As much as I'm doing this for myself, I'm doing it for him. I don't want to hold him back, but help motivate him forward to be healthy! Good luck to you!!!0
