It's so simple and delicious not to mention the whole batter is only 290 CALORIES!!!! Yup you'll be full with pancakes still left on your plate :)

Ingedients :
1 banana
2 eggs

Mash one ripe banana then whisk in 2 eggs. Mix them together until it's properly combined. Heat your non stick pan on medium heat and pour the batter in the amount you desire. The pancakes are thin but filling.

My Brother likes to drizzle honey on top and my Sister likes to spread 1tsp of peanut butter. I eat them plain becuse they already taste sweet to me lol

***If you don't have a non stick pan drizzle a little olive oil.

I've been making protein pancakes thanks for one of my MFPeeps...

    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp apple sauce
    1/4 cup quick oats (unsweetened)
    1 scoop vanilla whey

Careful frying... medium-high heat with cooking spray.

I take 1 1/2 cups frozen berries and heat them on the stove with 1T sugar for a HUGE portion of berry syrup for about 150 calories extra. For 400 or so calories you get over 41g protein and a HUGE meal

Whole thing is 247 calories actually. I have it daily for breakfast. And it's better to use coconut oil rather than olive cause it makes it taste nicer as well.

It's been posted many many times on here so far.

BTW people will just use the whites & that's a waste of an egg.

Do you cook the oats first before adding to the mix?

Nope. Just mix in with the egg whites, apple sauce and protein powder. Makes a batter that you just fry up! I think I only let them sit maybe 5-10 minutes while I get the berries started on the stove and heat the pan.

Most grocery stores in the US carry them.
You can also check GNC, Target, Walmart, and of course Amazon.com.
