Which heart rate monitor do I buy??????

I am a runner who is looking at purchasing a heart rate monitor. What type of heart rate monitor would you recommend?

    Almost any of the Polar brand. Make sure it has a chest strap. :)

    I love my polar heart rate monitor. I've had it for over 4 years and it still works great.

    Polar is the best. Take a look at the FT 7 and see if it will meet your needs. The Polar USA website has great descriptions and pics of all the models. I have the black/red FT 7 and I love it!! Never work out without it! Good luck!

    :flowerforyou: Polar is the way to go. They were the first to come out with them and have a really good reputation. I have the FT4. I have it on right now and am on my way to the elliptical:wink:
