I am not perfect...have had many ups and many downs during this past year...everyone has a beginning and while I joined in this challenge a year ago, I have a beginning every morning. To date I have lost 79 lbs, and yet I have more to go. If you need a support network, this does work if you allow it...I will support you, just like others have supported and encouraged me!
