Ok so i'm at a loss with what I should have in my house hold since I really want to get healthy and I really need to get rid of anything that could stop my goal in my house so if anyone could tell me what I should buy when at the grocery store? Also my family wants to also get into shape along with me.

    Stay on the outside aisles of the grocery store!

    The best things for you are in that perimeter!

    Meats, veggies, milk, yogurt, fruit, nuts and cheeses!

    Stick with fresh....veggies, fruits, meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc. That's simplifying a lot...but still true. The outside of the store is where its at...plus some frozen things, and maybe the bulk bins for beans and grains. Hang in there...you can do this!
  • as long as you don't enter any aisles with junk food and you should be ok! and look for alternatives, like if you love chocolate, buy a bar of dark chocolate, because as long as you eat in moderation you will be ok :)
