Leslie Sansone DVD

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering if anyone had any success with Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds. If you have can you add how long you did it for and how much weight you lost.

Thanks

I've just started using one of her DVDs in Feb. The first time I did the one mile walk, I was so exhausted and ashamed at how out-of-shape I was. Then I did it again a couple of days later, and it wasn't AS bad. I've done the two mile walk a couple of times. Now I'm trying c25k, but I think I'm still too heavy. I'm going back to the DVD this week. Good luck!

I love Leslie Sansone's dve's! I've been using them for about a year. I have an exercise bike and a treadmill, but 90% of my exercise is Leslie's dvd's. I've lost 53lbs and over 20 inches. I highly recommend them =)
  • Thanks for your responses. I've been doing the 2 mile express for 5 days now and I love that i can do it in my own home.
The first couple of days were a bit hard going but now I've got the hang of it, I find I can keep up with her till the end.

I wouldn't say I'd had success as such, but I found it was great when I was bigger - low impact and you can choose how intense you want it to be. It's so easy to just get up and do it, no complicated routines or equipment and doesn't take up much space.

I love her dvd! I like that I can choose from any of the 5 that are on it but never do I go back to beginner's level! I have been doing it for a few months now and think it is just right for me. I have neck and back issues and this dvd does not hurt me, plus she warms you up and takes you through a cool down too so it feels safe. I highly recommend her! If you are a hard core fitness freak you will probably not like it- it's good for the regular person who just wants to stay healthy and lose weight. I just don't know how many calories I burn with each work out and wish she would tell us that. Also- does anyone know how many pounds those weighted balls are that she uses?
