I just found this in an article. If this really is true, I don't think I'll be thinking of Jillian Michaels the same way ever again.

Currently single and "dating" ("I have dated men and women," she adds), she's setting her sights on her biggest challenge yet: parenthood. "Hopefully it will happen by the time I'm 40," says Michaels, who was diagnosed with endometriosis as a teen and is unsure if her body "can handle a pregnancy." Instead, she says, "I may adopt. It doesn't matter to me how a child is brought into my life. I'll be happy being a mother."

Jillian Michaels is bisexual?

I read something a while back about how she didn't want to have any kids because she couldn't do "that" to her body....gain weight I guess.

It's her business. Her sexual orientation has absolutely nothing to do with her fitness career and her television shows. It is none of our business. How does her being bisexual affect how good of a personal trainer/fitness guru she is? It doesn't.

Hahaha. Bob screams "bisexual", but I was just shocked to find out Jillian was too.

I think it's sad that the only thing you noticed about that whole article is that she is bisexual!!! After I read that I see her as a different person because she wants to have a child so badly and is not going to let endometriosis keep her from having kids which makes her willing to adopt... GOOD FOR HER!!!!

What's wrong with that, and is that really a surprise to you?
I'm bisexual, and "people like us" can lead a perfectly normal, wonderful life that can produce fantastic, well adjusted children...

Honestly, I don't think the OP has anything against bisexuals... It seems more like she was just surprised to find out that Jillian Michaels is a bisexual.

I was caught off guard too. But it's totally cool by me. Her life is hers to live. :)

Saying "I don't think I'll be thinking of Jillian Michaels the same way ever again." and making a point to post a topic about it implies more than just a surprise. Rather than seeing the good in that article of how Jillian Michaels plans to adopt children and give them a life they otherwise couldn't have the OP chose to point out (in a somewhat negative way) Jillian's sexuality.

I hope you're right and the OP has nothing against bisexuals but it doesn't seem that way. Honestly, I don't even think it should be a discussion as her sexuality is none of our business. She isn't just an actress who is in Star and other tabloid mags, she was made famous because of her fitness and health. Her romantic life has nothing to do with that. That's my opinion.

Yup, she shared it a few years back on an interview, don't remember which one, 20/20 or Dateline or something. Bob was on then too.

So she's bi, why would you think of her differently simply because of that? She's still the same person she's always been she just likes the best of both worlds:drinker:

I agree and you put it very nicely:flowerforyou: What someone else is doing sexually unless it's my partner/mate/hubs/bf (whatever) should have no bearing on her being a fitness coach, how can that make a difference? She still pushes ppl to succeed, motivates, cares etc.

Not sure why the OP began this thread either, especially being that it's 2011 and a fitness site to boot.:noway:

this is an interesting comment:frown: :ohwell: How does Bob scream bi-sexual, is there a mating call, a striped shirt, hair style that outs bi-sexuals?

I have to say when I've seen him in interviews, the little I watch of BL I'll be honest I'm not thinking of either of them in a sexual way, but watching how they train and motivate the players. I could care less who they're having sex with after the show!! :frown:

She's unable to have children because of health issues she deals with if she worded it that way perhaps it was only to not have to go into a deeper more person discussion.

I dunno but we sure do analysis folks simply because they might be making different choices in life than we made/make ourselves.

    sheesh,

I think her being open about her sexuality makes me love her more. And the fact that she wants to be a mom.... oh man. I love her more now.
