NO GYM? NO PROBLEM!!!

I found this on the internet and thought it was great for those days that you cant make it in to the gym! Titled "NO GYM? NO PROBLEM" I try to make it to the gym 5 times a week and rest on the weekends so i will def be trying this out if i ever cant make it! Thought i would share with you all =)

BENCH LIFTS (Or Dips)
3 Sets of 20 Reps

CRUNCHES
50 to 100

BICYCLE CRUNCHES
2 Sets of 25 Reps

LUNGES
30

SIDE CRUNCHES
2 Sets of 20 Reps

BURPEES
10

REVERSE CRUNCHES
50

MASON TWISTS
2 Sets of 20 Reps

SCISSOR KICKS

    The last two are both described on You Tube; just put the exercise into the Google search bar and Enter.

    The routine looks heavy on core exercises and nothing for upper back, biceps or legs.

    I would want to be adding in some kind of bar pull-ups, or look up Get-me-ups or Let-me-ins, according to how strong you are. Also put in some Prisoner Squats or One Leg Squats or even Pistol Squats according to your personal strength.

    Bodyweight routines are great, but you need to work on the body as a whole through each week to get full benefits.
