Where are all my 20 somethings?

I'm 21 and looking to lose 5-10 pounds of body fat and put on a bit of muscle. We have long cold winters here and I definitely let myself go over the course of it. I just started running and got my bike out of storage this week. High 40's and low 50's is enough for me! I've always done well with the fitness aspect of this as I usually ride at least 120 miles per week, but eating right has always been an issue for me. None of my Facebook friends use this so I'd love to find some people to help motivate me and to help support them as well. Feel free to add!

Hi, I'm 25, just signed up today... so....add me? I guess? You'll have to tell me how this works. Basically, I'm 5"3, mildly athletic, but I've gained about 15 pounds over the last year working at a stressful, sedentary job with lots of overtime. When I wasn't working my interests include cooking, eating, drinking, brunching, lunching, mid-day pie, sugary coffee and cheese so... yeah. Somethings got to give. I'm trying to loose weight in a healthy, non-obsessive way and I'd rather not make a big deal of it to my friends who generally think watching what you eat is lame and that people should just rely on magic to keep the burger weight off. So if anyone wants to chat about healthy recipes or how much they hate cardio, drop me a line.0
