I'm At My Goal

Hello everyone and to start with I'll like to say well done to everyone who's at there goal and also trying to lose weight.
It nice to see you many people wanting to eat healthy and change there lifes.

In total since giving birth to my daughter who's now three I have lost 4st in total.
I did want to lose a but more over the last few months and happy to say I've lost 20lbs which I aimed to do.

My goal now is to maintain.

I love this web site and want to thank all my friends on here for there help and support.
