What was your workout regime?
I workout 5 days a week in the gym and my cals are set to my BMR . Im hovering between 133 and 138 right now i was 133 before i added more strength training into my workouts now its around the 136/7 mark .im hoping that ill see the numbers go back down.
this week ill be changing my workout routine ill be doing TRX, Boxercise, Crossfit, Advance Boxfit, Abs classes, and im starting with sessions with a personal trainer this week. I really want to get to my goal of 120lb this year (or if possible lose bodyfat) I logg all my workouts every day so feel free to add me0 -
