Wake-up exercise (+/- 10min)

I am under a lot of stress lately... Manny people struggle to sleep when they're stressed... not me though! When I'm stressed, I sleep way more than I'm supposed to. And, I've lately had a really big problem with waking up. I'd get out of bed, shower, have breakfast, check my email, and then after just an hour of being awake, I am so ridiculously tired... my body just don't want to do anything.

So, I found this video on youtube, which has really helped me a lot. This is not for loosing weight... I'm pretty sure it doesn't count, but it only takes like 10 minutes in the morning... and it really helps to get your brain and your body going for the day.

It's been going A LOT better since I decided to do this every morning. Once you know it out of your head, it only takes like 10minutes to do.
