Looking for quick TDEE confirmation

Found TDEE using IPOARM . Just to be sure, I should make sure to eat above my BMR and Below my TDEE and NOT eat back my exercise cals. I track exercise on MFP but just keep my TDEE number in my head instead of looking At the cals it adds back from tracking exercise. Simple yes or no is okay with me for confirmation of doing this correctly :)

    Yep. that's what I do. I do TDEE -25% so I have a little wiggle room if I go over :) It's confusing in MFP when I enter my exercise but it's the only place I'm tracking exercise so as you do, I keep TDEE in my head.
