What does ___g of ___ look like?

I've always been curious -- for those that own/use scales, what does the size portions of each food actually look like? I always wonder about veggies and peanut butter -- how much kale is actually one cup or 100g?

Would anyone like to take picture of their food on the scale and with the weight measures to see portion sizes?
I'm more-so just curious and think this would be fun.

A nice-sized boneless skinless chicken breast is about 9 oz, which equals about 270 grams. That's about 2 servings.

(I don't have my chicken breast thawed, boned, skinned, and photo-ready at the moment--sorry!:flowerforyou: )

Actually easier to just google a chart that shows serving sizes via items. Example 1/2 cup cooked rice is a fist. 1 cup berries is a light globe. 2 teaspoons butter is a dice. 1/2 cup cooked vegies is a tennis ball.

Way easier, but then can't beat scales.
