What are you goals? I.e:
Weight loss?
Fat loss?
Training for an event?
Increased strength?
It is hard to recommend a training schedule without knowing what you are trying to achieve.0 -
Fat loss and toning
Of course weight loss will come in addition to this but not gonna be a slave to the scale! Hehe0 -
Then I would recommend increasing your strength training - on strength training days aim for around 45 minutes full body routine, followed by 15 minutes cardio if you so wish, although it would be fine not to do cardio those days and just use the in between days for jogging/walking for cardio.0

Could it be that you are there? Fat amount and toning being maintained by your level of excercise and diet? Oh, and what is the rest of your day like? Are you active? Or, like some of us, are you behind a computer 10hrs or so a day?0

Agreed. I do strength training for an hour on Tues, Thurs, Sat and then run on Wed, Fri, Sun. It's a nice balance since I'm also training for a half marathon lol. Don't forget to take a rest day from time to time so your body can recover! And eat lots of protein!0

I eat over 100 grams of protein and leafy green vegetables ( healthy carbs)
Water black coffee
Whole fruits 3 servings a day (lower sugar fruits)
I don't eat bread due to being a celiac and if I due eat grains it a cup of brown rice Max every other day as well as a sweet potato no more than 3 times a week
With a Weight watcher bar 2 times a week
It's a life style for me not a diet0 -
