New here and not really big on posting.

Anyways as the title says I'm new here and well I've logged on before in the past but I think I lack a little bit of follow through. The reason why I am on here is to obviously gain a healthy life style and shed the baby weight; as I have a daughter who is now one and a half. Currently I am 5'2 and I weigh 190 lbs.. and I am canadian as well.

  • You've started... And you are right it's about lifestyle. Choices you make everyday add up. MFP will help quite a bit if you are faithful and honest entering you 'eats'. The hardest part is getting to where you want to go. Once there habits have changed and maintaining is less work.
  • Another thing is that I live with my sister who is OBSESSED with junk food; and she also has hypoglemica(sp). So needless to say there is always some sort of junk food in the house; and I stopped drinking all sodas but still snack after 8 PM which is a big no no.

    You are here and that is a good start, I don't post much either but I do log my food every day it really does make a huge difference to see the food you have eaten.

  • Yeah, as it is almost the end of april I am going to start a no eating fast food; and keeping it minimal when eating out and only eating healthy, while I'm out and cut out the liquor too which is good because I hardly drink.

    However for breakfast today;
    I had a sausage and egg white breakfast sandwhich on homestyle biscuit
    with hashbrown
    with a large double double.. but for late night snack I had a liberte greek yogurt lol
