Need cardio-obsessed friends

I'm new here, been a member for about a week or so. It would be great to have some friends who are very much into cardio - running, cycling etc, and just generally eating well and looking after yourself. Please add me if this is you! If you like music, that's a massive bonus.

I'm big time into mountain biking and currently can only really do cardio due to recovering from a broken rib so I'll drop you an add. :)

Ouch, recover soon. Good to see you're active in the meantime.

Generally I'm over it really and have been OK to ride for a little while now. It's just that strength training puts so much more strain on the specific area that I've been holding off. Fingers crossed for next week I'll be starting with some light strength work.

Yep I love love love my cardio.... strange though cause 15 months ago that would NOT have been what I loved at all. I loved doing not a damn thing.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my running. The more I run the better I feel. I'm not a big weights person, I just don't feel like I did anything. But with running, Zumba, or whatever it is I'm getting my heart rate at 200 for is letting me know I'm doing great & that I'm alive.

Yeah I'm addicted to cardio. It got me fit enough to handle anything.

Exactly how I feel. Have you used the Runtastic phone app? It's amazing, enhances running a great deal. Try it if you haven't.

I am a cardio junkie. I keep meaning to get into strength training but it still hasn't happened...

I love to run, elliptical, bike (both outdoor and stationary) and do aerobics. But lately I've been all about the running, as I'm training for a couple of races. Add me if you'd like!

    Excellent, great stuff.

Out of interest what are your daily cals/height? Since that's a decent form for someone who runs so much.
