What changes have you noticed after increasing the HEALTHY fats in your diet? I am now eating around 25% fat, with most my saturated fat coming from nuts/nut butter, and 0g trans fat. Is 25% too much? Not enough?

What have been your results after an increase? im not just talking about weight -- in general. What is your % at now?

The goal is 20-30% of calories, so 25% is perfect. Keep your saturated fat below 10%, lower if you have any heart disease risk. High saturated fat is indicated as a factor in clogged arteries and other heart ailments.
