Runner Friends?

Just looking for a few more friends to keep me motivated, especially once the summer gets here.
I will be 30 in a couple months, have three kids- the oldest is 7. I work full-time and am going to nursing school.
My current 5k pace is 10:21 and 10k is 11:30. I havent done a half yet (2 weeks!) but my goal is 12:00. I started walking, then running, in December and I really want to start working on improving my time and technical abilities.
Anyway, you dont have to be a runner. I love yoga. I hate cross-training but I need to work on that too.
Thanks

Hi,
I'm a newbie here and a runner
My speeds vary, I've a PB of 26.40 for 3.1m but totally hit the wall with a 13miler at the weekend (walked the last mile!)
Only trouble is I've gotta cut my sugar addiction because I've allowed myself to get into the running = cake mentality!0 -
Hi
I've just started jogging/running am signed up to do my first 5km in 7 weeks time.
Always happy to add new friends0 -
I added you, am a returning runner, just did my first 5k in 25 years Saturday, my first half is May 5. My plan, finishing, even if I crawl over the finish line!! I am hoping for 12 also, tho I injured a tendon before Easter, and lost some of my distance prep, one way or another, I will finish!!0

Hey! Please add me if you like!
I've been doing 5k's for the past 3 years. Earlier this year - I decided to get serious and signed my first half in September. Longer distace running is something very new to me... and I'm still learning.
For example - at what distance do you start needing gels... or gummies?0 -
Feel free to add me. I'm a runner- and really only a little faster than you. I've done 2 10 milers, one half and some 5ks and 8ks. I have another 8k this weekend and I'm considering a 20k this summer.
I'm 34 with almost 5 year old twins.0 -
wow you are superwoman and when do you find time to run? kudos and best wishes0
