What do I do!?

I'm working out using 'The Biggest Loser, New year, New you workout DVD' but I don't know how to log it in my diary to find out the calories burnt per workout.

Any ideas or has anyone else done the DVD!?

I don't see that exact title listed - Collage Video has 14 Biggest Loser DVDS:

    http://www.collagevideo.com/searchresults.aspx?type=all&search=biggest+loser

I use Collage Video all the time to find the workout "classification" the time, the impact level .... lots of information

Example: If you were to do Biggest Loser Power X-Train ...... Collage lists it as "aerotone" ...... this is logged as circuit training (under cardio) .... in MFP

If you were to do Biggest Loser Cardio Max .... you would log aerobics general (under cardio)

    Thanks TeaBea,

    The workout consist of :

Warm up with Angie (10 min)
Full Body Fatburn with Angie (15.30 min)
Cool Down with Richard (8.20 min)

@Cr01502, I quite like this one as it's working my full body in 1 short workout. I will look around for more workouts to do as I get fitter but going to stick with this one for now, at least until I can do it without dying afterwards!

  • I do a lot of different workouts which are not listed in the MFP database, so I enter a new exercise in my list of exercises. I use a heart rate monitor to measure my calorie burn and then I name the workout and put in the appropriate calories burned. That way it is more taylored to my caloric burn than the standard number MFP comes up with.

    Hope this helps!

If in doubt, I put aerobics general as a rough guide
