I need help with deciding a good calorie goal?

I'm getting confused with all these calculators. MFP is telling me 1360, I've had the other one, can't remember the name tell me 1600. I just don't know if that's enough. I jog a few miles a day, and work a job where I'm standing, moving around and lifting 5lbs or so at a time for 8 hours a day. I don't tend to be too hungry in the mornings, but by afternoon I feel like I could just binge all day.
I want to make sure I have a healthy calorie goal so I'm not eating too little and causing me to feel like I'm starving.
Oh and I'm 5'3 and 123lbs, my weight loss goal is 115 right now.

Hey! I am 5'3" as well. I gave up the MFP way, simply because I prefer to eat to a set amount, rather than jumping around day to day as my calorie burn changes....so I go by TDEE/BMR. I am 30 years old, run 12 miles a week, walk at least 9 miles a week, and strength train twice a week. I eat about 1800 and am losing weight. My goal is to get to 125, I am currently at 148.
Anyway....so....if you are hungry then eat. I am not sure how old you are, but you could probably eat up to about 1900 calories a day, that being a -10% reduction from your TDEE (which I calculated to about 2100, and guessing that you're age at low 20s). With so little to lose, about a .5 lb loss is ideal, but you probably already knew that. Anyway, I figure you about moderate activity because of your cardio and every day job. Hope this helps.0 -

Thank you, yes I am 23 years old. I do no strength training or anything like that right now. Just running/jogging and walking. I do go to the field with my fiance' and play baseball 2x a week also. I am on my feet a good bit of every day, and with other calculators giving me such low calorie goals I was feeling guilty that I was eating over those, sometimes even after factoring exercise and it would make me feel bad for being hungry.
I think I will just up it to 1900 or so, and see how I feel for a few days. Thanks!0
