    Hi!!Just joined last night...I would like to be 155 before the end of the year. I started at 180 but i hit a wall at 167lbs and I cant seem to get past it but now that is over..I have a new attitude and a new kind of dedication (my friends call it insane.lol). I am their motivation so i am looking at fitnesspal to be mine....Let's do it!!!:wink:
