I am not new to this process. I lost 40 lbs and put 25 back on. I try to tell myself it is a journey and keep going. Through every failure. Through every mistake. Through every over-eating incident. I just keep restarting. It took me 36 years to get like this. Its going to take me awhile to get there. I do get frustrated, depressed, angry, and even sad. So consider this my 17th new start. LOL. We’ll see what happens.

Ive done that several times in my life, but this time, I did the whole lifestyle change, no diet! This is how I eat and exercise and live, I am great with that and I will not put the weight back on0
