Zumba?

Zumba isn't listed in the categorys so I put "Dancing, general" I weigh 118 pounds, and when i put in an hour of "dancing,general" it says i only burnt about 230 calories, but i have seen people say they burn like 300 and 400 or more calories doing one hour of zumba or dancing. Is that right?

    I know I was surprised that Zumba wasn't on the list! I did a google search and found this site, where I calculated calories for Zumba:

    It takes into account your weight and also how strenuous your activity is, based on if you can sing/talk during the song.

    Thanks for this site! I was way off. I found a MFP pal that calculated her calorie burn for Zumba at 378, so I was using that. This site calculated for me to be at 552 for moderate intensity or 625 for high intensity. This is a big difference.
