My chiropractor/nutritionist told me about this site. I have bee working with her for the last 2 months and have lost 12 lbs. Based on the body mass tests she does, I lost 9lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle this last month. I was not counting calories, until now. Journaling what I eat really holds me accountable and am hoping for great results. I am a teacher and right now I have plenty of time to work out. I am worried what will happen once I go back to work. This new tool has given me some needed motivation!:wink:1455537.png

    It takes me 5 minutes a day to do this, it is so user friendly, so if I dont have alot of time, i just put in everything in the morning before work, that way i stick to what I say i will eat and exercise, that works great for me. Welcome to Fitness Pal
  • This site is really great. The support is amazing. It just takes a few minutes a day to log in and fill everything out. I usually do it at the end of the day when I get home from work.
