Alot of ladies I go to exercise classes with worry about putting weight on during the classes that involve weights and circuit training etc.I myself was one of them,but my fitness instructors assure me that these classes burn calories,and also tone at the same time....Has anyone else worried about this? Or can anyone advise on the actual facts? :smile:
