Anyone else have workout ADHD?

It seems like I get bored easily with workouts. I have been doing a running program for about 4 mos. now, but again, starting to get bored with the routine. When I get bored, I stop working out. What do you do to keep your workouts interesting/fun? And keep you motivated?

If you can do classes they can help with the boredom. You can find all kinds from zumba to weights to yoga to spin. You can change it up from week to week or month to month. See which ones interest you and then challenge yourself.

Right now I mostly use a treadmill and stationary bike, and elliptical machine so I take my kindle with me and watch one of my favorite tv shows, and now days I look for new shows that have been on for a few years and start watching them from the first episode. and of course I read a short story books while I exercise that way I don't even notice that I am exercising.0
