NSV! My blood levels are all normal!

I am so psyched! A year ago I had a huge eye-popping moment when I discovered how much I weighed and that I was pre-diabetic, my triglycerides were high and my good cholesterol was too low.

A year later my blood results have all come back normal -- and this is without the use of medicine.

My triglycerides have dropped so much (from 290 to 107) that it is now in the desirable according to the Mayo Clinic. Woohoo!
