If I remember correctly....as many dark green leafy veggies as you want, plus the Take Off drink 3x/day (o was it 2?). I've heard you can replace the drink with 1 cantaloupe per day, just space out eating it throughout the day.0

It is 2 days now...you drink the juice 4 times a day and eat unlimited proteins and green vegies...0
