For the ladies! Guys can try it too.
I just wanted to let people know about the Tracy Anderson Metamorphasis Workout
I was on it for just over a month before I gave up due to lack of motivation and it works wonderfully!
It is a fun workout and she creates cardio and other work out routines to work out the muscles you wouldn't normally work.
if you are having trouble working out because you "just dont want to" this gives you a reason to! its super fun!
There is also a workout for ladies who are pregnant and the after pregnancy workout.

i just got really busy with work, and planning my wedding so i didnt have the time. so i am finally getting back into it!0 -
Does anyone out there have the workout schedule? I borrowed the DVD's from a friend's friend so I do not have the layout of the day to day, meaning...Day 1 do this, Day 2 do this etc...I have looked online, but I cannot find it.0

The workout schedule is workout 6 days rest on the 7th. Do the Dance Cardio each day followed by the Transform Workouts. Do workout 1 each day for 10 days and then switch to workout 2, etc - until 90 days later you have completed workout 9.
People either seem to love her or hate her. I have done other TA workouts and like her quiet style. She doesn't cue as much as other video fitness gurus (Jillian) so you have to really pay attention.
I am looking forward to getting started with Metamorphosis. LG0
