I absolutely love this recipe! I have made this multiple times, and I am a terrible cook but it worked out every time and tasted delicious! I actually found that there were leftovers when made for only 2 people (thats 3 cups of cabbage, 3 mushrooms, etc. for just 1 person).
The other night I didnt have all the ingredients/I dont like eggs, so I tweeked it a little and it ended up being 208 calories. I added onions and used honey instead of sugar, as well as used brown rice instead of eggs. I made a half recipe with these substitutions, but the rice ended up filling me up so I only had half of the recipe, which ended up being 208 cals.
Anyways, have fun with it and ENJOY!

Thank you SO SO SO much for posting this. I've missed pad thai because it was a calorie/carb/sodium culinary nuclear bomb. Will look up the spaghetti squash version too. Didn't even think of that.0

Regular green cabbage or Napa?0

Just made this using regular cabbage - it was delish! I didn't shred the cabbage because my food processor is broken. Just sliced it into thin strips. I'm totally adding this to my regular menu. Thanks for posting it!
