How much exercise is too much exercise?

Okay, so I normally burn around 330-360 calories a day with the 30-day-shred. I did that a while ago and I'm just so pumped up now, I feel like popping in another exercise DVD. I don't eat back my exercise calories though, so is this a problem?

probably not...one day of exercising a lot isn't going to stall your progress.0

Thanks. I'm a little anal about making sure things won't interfere with my weight loss. :P0

I think it's a good idea to have variety in your exercise, especially the type of exercise you do. Mix it up so you don't get bored. Adding an extra session of exercise isn't going to hurt you!0

Honestly, you have lost 46 lbs and are acclimated. Just listen to what your body tells you. There is nothing wrong with pushing and eating more when you feel hungry.0
