Weight fluctuations

Hi all. I've lost 33lbs since September. I loved the fact I was almost 10stone /140lbs but wasn't too bothered about the extra 2lbs. Now that I'm maintaining my weight fluctuates by around 5lbs per week. It took me almost 2 months to lose the last 6-7lb so I'm finding it annoying. Is it normal? Do you think you have a 'proper' weight that is your bodies preferred weight that it sticks to if you aren't heavily dieting?

it is totally normal. lots of things influence your weight. water retention. sodium. poop. periods. all of it. as long as its not a slow progression to a higher weight over time i wouldnt worry. try only weighing in once a week on the same day/time. or twice a week if you still cant part from the scale lol0
