    I know what you mean, I get very disheartened when I don't see the numbers go down or I feel I am at a standstill, but the important thing is TO KEEP AT IT :) all your hard work WILL pay off....

    .......I also must practice what i preach haha .because i do get pretty down that im not seeing any more progress of late ... Im not gona give up though :)

    No I try not too eat them back BUT if there are days that I'm feeling really hungry ill eat a little of them but not them all


    Now don't get me wrong I try to not eat cals back but there are days were I can eat them all ( and then some) but I suppose we all have our slips don't we?

    I no! Plus your boobs too!! There the first places I loose though my dad thinks my face now looks too gaunt and keeps saying I look ill haha , soo not true though I would prefere to loose weight everywhere else now!!
