Smoothies?

I'm trying to lower my sugar intake as its always quite high. I love innocent smoothies so have a glass with my breakfast. However I see its really high in sugar
I know these sugars come from fruit so it's a good sugar as such, however if I had one smoothie a day with two pieces of fruit will this lead me to gain weight?
Thanks

Some people will tell you that the sugar in fruit doesn't matter but that's not really the case. It can be a very individual problem, as some people are more sensitive to sugar (in any form) than others. If you're at a healthy weight with no metabolic issues I doubt it will make you GAIN weight. However, if you're trying to lose weight it might slow you down some. And as always, it depends what else you're eating with the fruit throughout the day.0
